How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a return or replacement:

Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Include your order number, product details, and reason for the request in your message

Once your return has been received and approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Reileaf

Orders placed before 12PM EST (Monday–Friday) qualify for same-day shipping. Most deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days, though delays may occur due to:
